Hola, I am planning to visit Spain for a long vacation. If I run low on insulin (I take both lantus and humalog), can I buy more at a pharmacy in Spain? I have medical insurance, but it won’t cover anything out of the US.

Thank you for helping me. Needing insulin (I am Type 1) is critical, as you know.

Hi Mike i´m not sure if you got my messagge. I´m sorry I´m been anoyg is just that my dead line it´s tomorrow, this so quick I don´t have much time. Hi my name is Daniela Martínez and fist I admire yoo writte about youre disease, second I´m studing Journalism and communication and I´m writting a piece about diabetes type 1 and I was wondering if you could give me a testimony about how your days goes by, with the insulin inyections an all. I know that it could be hart to talk about it and even more to a strange, or not.. myself and sick, I have sindrome sticky platelet and I will understand if you refuse. However I would really like gibe live to the reportaje I think it´s important for people to know that it is only a desease because if affects people.

Hey Mike. Great post! One of the biggest pains in the backside I had when I was on injections was remembering when I last injected. Sounds ridiculous, but doing 4-6 a day and often amidst the drama and busyness that is normal life, it can be done so swiftly you don’t even remember, spelling problems later on. This is a BRILLIANT solution and well worth getting hold of.
